Who we are
SafeWise Australia is a trading name of The Trustee for LB Equities Trading Trust (ABN 76 490 099 204), based in Melbourne, Victoria. We import and supply safety bollards, bollard storage holders and rubber wheel stops to trade and commercial customers. You can reach us at info@safewiseaustralia.com.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this website are indicative per-unit starting points in Australian dollars, exclusive of GST and freight. They are a guide only. The price that applies to your order is the price on your written quote, which is valid for the period stated on it. Prices may change between shipments, and bulk, pallet and container pricing is quoted individually.
Orders and pre-orders
An order is confirmed only when you accept a written quote from us and we acknowledge it. For products marked "pre-order", your quantity is allocated to our next incoming shipment. Landing dates given on quotes are estimates based on factory production, sea freight and customs clearance; we'll tell you promptly if they move. Any deposit or payment terms that apply are stated on your quote.
Supply only
SafeWise supplies product only. We do not install, and we are not responsible for installation, site assessment, the compliance of an installation with any standard or code, or for loss or damage arising from installation or use. Installation guidance on this website is general information to help scope a job; it is not engineering advice. Always locate underground services before drilling or excavating, and engage a qualified installer or engineer where required.
Product information
Dimensions and weights are taken from manufacturing drawings and are nominal; small variations occur between production batches. Our bollards are safety and delineation bollards. They are not impact-tested or certified to hostile-vehicle standards such as PAS 68 or IWA 14 and must not be relied on as crash-rated barriers. Wheel stop placement and car park layout should follow AS 2890.1 and your site's engineering drawings.
Warranty and consumer guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Any additional warranty is stated on your quote or invoice. To make a claim, email info@safewiseaustralia.com with your invoice number, photos and a description of the issue.
Privacy
When you use the enquiry form or email us, we collect the details you provide: typically your name, company, email address, phone number, delivery suburb or postcode, and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you order, to supply and invoice you. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
- Enquiry form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Your details pass through their systems for that purpose only.
- This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not identify individual visitors.
