About us
About SafeWise Australia
SafeWise Australia is an Australian-owned importer of steel safety bollards, bollard storage holders and rubber wheel stops, based in Melbourne. We buy direct from the factory in volume, land the stock in Melbourne, and supply it to the people who put it in the ground.
We sell to builders, fit-out crews, bollard and line-marking installers, property and strata managers, and resellers, with freight to any postcode in Australia. We're supply only. We don't install, so we're never quoting against the installers who buy from us.
How we work
Factory to Melbourne to your site
A short supply chain is how we keep trade pricing sharp. There's one step between you and the factory, and it's us.
We import in volume
Every bollard is made to the same drawing by the same factory, so a bollard you order next year matches the ones you installed this year. The dimensions on this site come straight from those manufacturing drawings.
We land it in Melbourne
Stock clears customs and lands in Melbourne. Storage holders are on hand now. Bollards and wheel stops are allocated on the next container, so we can quote you a landing date before you commit.
We quote, you confirm
You get a written quote with the unit price for your quantity, freight to your postcode and the lead time. Nothing is committed until you confirm it. We aim to reply within one business day.

Straight answers
What we'll always tell you
- The price. Starting prices are on the site, ex GST and freight, and your quote is in writing.
- The stock position. If a line is on pre-order, we say so and give you an expected landing date before you commit.
- What the product is. Our bollards are 3mm-wall carbon steel safety and delineation bollards. They're not crash-rated or certified to PAS 68 or IWA 14, and if your site needs that, we'll say so rather than sell you the wrong thing.
- What's included. Removable bollards come with their in-ground socket, lock and keys. Fixed bollards come with the base plate. Anchors and grout aren't included.
